Returns & Shipping

At Edna Grayce's we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with every purchase.  If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please send us an email at info@ednagrayces.com.  We will assist you with an easy return.  Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a no hassle return.  

  • All returns must be received within 14 days of the original ship date.
  • Merchandise must be in the original condition with original tags still in attached.
  • All returns will be issued a STORE CREDIT.
  • THERE ARE NO CASH BACK EXCHANGES.
  • ALL SALES ON SIGNS, PILLOWS, JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, SCARVES, SALE, AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL!!!!!
  • If you have any further questions please feel free to email us and we will be happy to get back with you.  Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.  No responses will be made on weekends or holidays. 
  • If you do return your order for an exchange you are responsible for $5 shipping for us to send you the new item.
  • It will only be sent once the original item has been received back to us.

YOU CANNOT RETURN YOUR ITEM IF:

  • It has been 14 days past the original purchase date
  • the item was on sale or clearance 
  • the item is not in the original condition when purchased
  • the original tags are not attached
  • the item is jewelry, custom EG's Tee, accessories, or scarves

SHIPPING

  • All packages are shipped within 72 business hours of receiving payment except custom orders.  They are made by order and can take up to one to two weeks to ship out.
  • All packages are provided with a tracking number.
  • All packages are shipped first class, priority, or UPS.
